As the #KlimaChange Team Manager and initial point-of-contact, Brittney Haynes offers operational and administrative support for team agents and clients across the city. She possesses a wealth of knowledge on the intricacies of the buying and selling process. She is an expert on facilitating deals, whether it’s coordinating schedules, taking buyers through showings, or managing and organizing necessary paperwork. Clients and agents appreciate her professionalism, thoroughness, energy, and friendly demeanor.
Brittney became captivated by real estate almost immediately after moving to the city. She believes that a home is more than its physical features. Instead, it is a source of comfort and strength, an escape from the rigors of day-to-day life. She loves helping people achieve that feeling within a city as expansive and vibrant as New York.
Born and bred in Texas (go Longhorns!), Brittney has effected positive change across the globe—as a mental health teacher, a counselor to under-represented middle school students, and a volunteer working to rehabilitate villages in South Africa. When she’s not showing apartments, Brittney can be found behind the bar, shaking cocktails at Ollie in the heart of the West Village. She also enjoys playing basketball and catching the latest Broadway shows.
