Casey Soloff is a strategic real estate advisor who combines institutional access with deep local roots.

Throughout his real estate career, Casey has gained direct exposure to the inner workings of Manhattan’s most exclusive and competitive co-ops, navigated high-stakes board packages, and negotiated complex deals with a level of precision found only at the top echelon of the industry.

A New York City resident for over two decades, Casey views his role not as a salesperson, but as a lifelong advisor. He operates on a simple principle: candor over commission. He is unafraid to be direct with his clients, even when the truth isn't what they want to hear, because he believes that clear, unvarnished advice is the only way to protect their interests. For Casey, the goal isn't just the transaction; it is to build a relationship that lasts long after the keys are handed over.

Prior to real estate, Casey spent 15 years as a Writer and Creative Director for some of the world’s most prestigious advertising agencies, including DDB, Saatchi & Saatchi, and R/GA. He holds a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.S. from Florida International University.

When he isn't analyzing the market, Casey is deeply embedded in his community. In January 2024, he founded Dadurdays, a gathering for kids and parents where he can be found on the second Saturday of the month with his wife Valerie, son Connor, and daughter Mara. He is also an Advanced Open Water diver with over 150 logged dives—a passion that keeps him comfortable under pressure, both underwater and at the negotiation table.
