To date, he’s handled sales of various asset classes for more than $600M in gross transactions across multifamily buildings, development sites, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use properties. He's played integral roles in closing several high-profile transactions, including record-breaking land and multifamily sales in NYC. In years preceding SERHANT., Chris was a Director of Investment Sales at Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group.
Chris often makes television and media appearances related to work and lifestyle. Prior to real estate, he worked in oil and metal trading with Glencore, a global leader in commodity production and trade.
Chris holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of REBNY and is involved in several charitable organizations like The National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Food Bank for New York City. He is a multi-sport athlete who is passionate about family, fitness, nutrition, travel, and is an avid car enthusiast.
