Chris started his professional career working on Wall Street at a top credit rating agency and investment banking firms. Entering the real estate industry was a natural progression for him.
Drawing on his decade of Wall Street experience, he leverages his competitive drive, financial acumen, and analytical focus to help his clients navigate the complex New York real estate market. He specializes in Luxury High-End Residential Condo and Co-op sales and leasing, Multi- and Single-Family Homes and Investment Sales. Chris has closed over $33MM in sales within Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
Chris believes that no matter how difficult a deal can get, a real estate advisor must have endurance and optimism. He is a mindful dealmaker and delivers on the value and benefits of having a real estate advisor to his clients.
He currently resides on the Upper West Side with his wife, Samantha, his son, Aiden, and daughter, Charlotte. In his free time, when he is not home with his family, you can find Chris at the gym. He is a fitness enthusiast and has competed in multiple bodybuilding competitions over the years. He has also competed in the D10 Wall Street Decathlon-an NFL combine like event with all of Wall Street's finest athletes competing against each other to raise money for pediatric cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Chris received his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics from SUNY Albany and is currently working on getting his Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA") certificate from the CFA Institute .
