My father, being a condominium superintendent for the past 27 years, has instilled in me a deep understanding of the intricacies of building operations and the importance of creating a welcoming home environment. This foundation, combined with my professional experience, makes me a true "homegrown" expert in the field.

Since moving to Miami three years ago, I’ve leveraged my LCAM certification and extensive property management background to offer clients a unique edge. Managing some of Miami’s most prestigious condominiums has given me unparalleled expertise in association operations, building maintenance, and financial evaluations. This knowledge allows me to guide buyers and sellers with confidence and precision.

With a deep understanding of the intricacies of condominium living, I bring an insider’s perspective to the table. As a condo owner and the vice president of my condominium board, I have firsthand experience navigating association bylaws, financial reviews, and maintenance planning.
