Grecia Roca

Born in Bolivia to a Lebanese family, raised in Georgetown, Texas, and later shaped by time living in Geneva, Switzerland, Grecia Roca brings an international perspective and a personal understanding of what it means to build a life somewhere new.

For more than a decade, she has called Houston home and grown deeply connected to its diversity, ambition, and sense of possibility. She is especially drawn to the way the city welcomes people from around the world and allows them to create a life that reflects both where they come from and where they are going.

As the oldest of four children, Grecia developed a strong sense of responsibility early in life. Growing up between cultures strengthened her ability to listen closely, adapt quickly, and connect with people from different backgrounds.

Grecia competed in track and field and cross-country, broke school records, and later set a state record in the triple jump. Athletics shaped the mindset she still brings to her work today: prepare fully, remain consistent, and perform under pressure.

Her early career in fashion retail and management at Calvin Klein sparked an interest in branding, presentation, and buyer psychology. She later left university to pursue entrepreneurship, co-founding an e-commerce business and building its website while helping source and market its products.

Although the business ultimately failed after the partnership ended, Grecia considers the experience formative. It taught her that execution, structure, and the people behind a business matter as much as the idea, and that failure can either define you or refine you. She chose the latter.

After relocating to Houston, Grecia entered real estate and earned the Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Pricing Strategy Advisor designations. A pivotal period in her career came while working alongside a mentor representing Invitation Homes, one of the country’s largest institutional owners of single-family rental properties.

She analyzed hundreds of homes each week, identified acquisition opportunities, prepared offers, and negotiated through closing. Within three months, she went from having closed no transactions to managing more than 20 properties under contract simultaneously. The experience strengthened her ability to interpret market data, absorb complex information quickly, manage significant responsibility, and act decisively when the fundamentals support it.

Grecia later co-founded The Apartment Reps, a relocation company serving individuals and organizations moving talent to Houston. She helped professionals arriving from across the United States and abroad identify the right neighborhood, secure a residence, coordinate essential services, and begin feeling at home in an unfamiliar city.

Many of those relationships have continued as clients establish deeper roots, purchase homes, evaluate investments, and plan their next moves. The experience gave Grecia a nuanced understanding of the questions that accompany major transitions and the importance of providing clear guidance through an unfamiliar market or transaction.

Today, Grecia represents buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating professionals, with a particular affinity for international clients. She understands that real estate decisions are rarely only about the property. They are also about family, identity, lifestyle, financial priorities, and the future a client is working to create.

Warm, observant, and highly intuitive, Grecia pays close attention to how people think, what they value, and what may remain unspoken. Her appreciation for architecture, shaped by the countries and cultures she has experienced, continues to influence how she views presentation, design, and the emotional connection between a person and a home.
