Jennifer Alese is the Chief Business Officer at SERHANT., where she drives company-wide strategy, oversees high-impact initiatives, and leads cross-functional collaboration to scale revenue, streamline operations, and enhance brand reputation. Jennifer plays a central role in aligning growth with vision—ensuring the company evolves without compromising its core identity.
Since the company’s inception, Jennifer has shaped every major phase of its growth. A veteran of the real estate industry, her background spans title insurance, luxury resales, and new development. Prior to her current role, she led SERHANT. New Development, managing a multi-state portfolio and working with notable developers such as Naftali Group, RAL Companies, SJP Properties, Extell Development Company, and JDS Development Group. Her leadership drove record-breaking sales and set new benchmarks in marketing innovation.
Jennifer has guided the national expansion of SERHANT.’s education platform, Sell It, managed over $6B in new development inventory, supported leadership transitions, and opened new monetization pathways. She is also a regular industry panelist, executive mentor, and advocate for ethical, scalable business practices.
A lifelong New Yorker, Jennifer earned her degree in Marketing Management from Siena College and lives in TriBeCa with her dog, Ollie. She remains energized by the city’s creativity, culture, and constant evolution.
