Katherine Pankevich is a Commercial Operations & Transaction Manager and Real Estate Advisor on the Brennan Commercial Team at SERHANT., where she oversees strategic execution and operational infrastructure for the firm’s growing commercial platform.
Prior to brokerage, Katherine was a Project Manager at CBRE on the Warner Bros. Discovery account, where she helped deliver the company’s 400,000-square-foot New York City headquarters and managed a global portfolio of 64 properties across 32 countries totaling more than 1.8 million square feet. She oversaw capital projects, portfolio strategy, lease renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Earlier at CBRE, she served as a Transaction Analyst, supporting the global portfolios of Disney and NYC DCAS (Department of Citywide Administrative Services). In that role, she focused on transaction management, lease review, site selection, acquisitions, and dispositions, contributing to more than $400 million in CBRE services.
At SERHANT., Katherine advises owners, developers, and investors across New York City in investment sales, office leasing, and retail leasing. In addition to client advisory, she leads commercial operations and transaction management — overseeing underwriting, deal structuring, marketing execution, and internal systems to ensure disciplined, high-level execution across every assignment.
