A thoughtful listener and strategic negotiator, she is deeply committed to understanding her clients’ goals and advocating for them every step of the way.

Specializing in both resale and new development properties throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan, Katie has played an integral role in numerous building sellouts while representing developers. As part of The Bogard NY Team, she contributes to the group’s continued recognition—including being named one of the Top 50 New Development Brokers in NYC by The Real Deal in 2023 and consistently ranking among the top-producing teams at SERHANT. by monthly volume.

Originally from Westminster, MD, Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in physical education from Hofstra University. She spent over a decade coaching Division I women’s lacrosse, including at the University of Southern California, where she helped lead the program to a conference championship and a top #10 national ranking. Katie was also a player on the United States National Lacrosse Team and competed in the Women’s Professional Lacrosse League. Her experience as both a coach and elite athlete instilled a competitive mindset, discipline, and strong leadership skills that now directly translate to her success in real estate.

Katie currently resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with her wife and their terrier mix rescue dog, Danny. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the city’s parks, visiting local Greenmarkets, and discovering new restaurants. A passionate animal advocate, she is actively involved in fostering with local NYC rescues and embraces all that Brooklyn living has to offer.
