Krista Nickols

Krista Nickols is a widely respected real estate advisor with a proven track record of over $550 million in sales, reflecting her ability to identify and negotiate exceptional opportunities for her clients. Most recently, her eponymous team was ranked #43 in NYC resales by the Real Deal in 2026 – one of the most competitive markets in the world. She is known for her patience, attention to detail, and responsiveness. Whether recommending top-tier legal counsel to first-time buyers or leveraging quantitative analysis to guide investors, she tailors her approach to each client's unique goals.

An expert with new development projects, Krista represented 30 Park Place, the Four Seasons Private Residences Downtown, and led the exclusive sales at Extell's Central Park Tower on Billionaire's Row. While at Central Park Tower, she managed the project's overall marketing, PR, and social media strategy and forged strategic alliances and partnerships. Krista credits those accomplishments to her background at Citi's Investment Bank and her time at Creative Artists Agency, where she established her relentless work ethic and honed her skills as a negotiator, respectively. She has since returned that same rigor to the resale market.

With a focus on resales across Manhattan, she works with sellers, buyers, investors, and developers at every stage. She has appeared on Netflix's Owning Manhattan and HGTV's House Hunters. Krista holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and a BA from the University of Southern California. Outside of real estate, she is a devoted mother of two and proud owner of Lucy, the family's rescue dog. She also enjoys spending weekends in the Hamptons where she is on the Board of the Children's Museum of the East End.

What Krista Nickols's Clients Say

This was my second time working with Krista on the sale of my property. After only a few days on the market we had an accepted offer and we were in contract just after two weeks. I am thrilled with the results and could not recommend Krista enough. Her professionalism really stands out.

I would highly recommend Krista Nickols to anyone looking for a real estate broker in NYC. She helped us find, negotiate and close on an incredible apartment in Tribeca. She is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in navigating the market post-COVID. She's personable and friendly; very proactive but not pushy. I really felt like she was our trusted advisor throughout the buyin...
