Lauren Mitinas-Kelly

Lauren Mitinas-Kelly is a trusted real estate expert whose sterling reputation stems from her loyal referral-based client network. She has been educating and guiding clients through New York City real estate since 2013. Known for her work ethic, transparency, and dependability, Lauren has an innate ability to get deals over the line. Since joining SERHANT. in 2021, Lauren has completed $150M in sales and counting. She deftly guides buyers, sellers, and tenants through co-op purchases, condo sales, rental leases, and more. She’s done several significant deals at top new developments in Manhattan—including at The Waldorf Towers, Ritz Carlton Nomad, Centrale, and One United Nations Plaza—as well as signature deals in Palm Beach, Miami, and Naples in Florida. Lauren’s business has expanded so much that she founded her own team in 2023.

Born and raised in Poughkeepsie in the Hudson Valley, Lauren moved to Manhattan in 2002 after graduating with a degree in Economics and Business from Lafayette College in Easton, PA. She worked on Wall Street before moving into luxury hotel marketing and selling property on a private island in the Turks and Caicos. She was also the Director of Suite Sales with the NY Jets through 2012.

Outside of real estate, she is a self-proclaimed jock who played basketball and soccer at a high level, and she is a fan of the Knicks, Giants, Jets, and Yankees. She loves eating locally and shopping in the city and the Hudson Valley. Other hobbies include reading, listening to all types of music, fitness, travel, and dancing. If you’re ever at MSG for a Knicks game or concert, you’ll likely find Lauren somewhere in the crowd.
