Ask anyone who's worked with Liz and you'll hear some version of the same thing: she'll take care of you.
Liz grew up in Friendswood, Texas, and learned early what it meant to compete for something and earn it. At Kilgore College, she tried out for the Kilgore College Rangerettes alongside more than 100 other girls — and was one of 36 chosen. She spent those years performing in the Cotton Bowl cold and rehearsing through Texas summer heat, and even represented the United States as a Rangerette at the Singapore Chinese New Year Celebration. What she took from it wasn't a trophy — it was the habit of showing up fully, every single day, whether conditions were easy or not. She went on to earn her degree in Fashion Merchandising, Distribution and Marketing from the University of Houston, where she sharpened the eye for detail and presentation that still shapes how she stages and markets a home today.
For 15 years, Liz taught competitive and recreational dance, along with marketing and merchandising, at the high school level. Her classroom was known for being fun, engaging, and — for some of her students — the one reason they showed up to school at all. When a leadership decision eliminated the fine arts program she'd built her career around, Liz spent her last days the way she'd spent every day before them: showing up for her students, each class, telling them the truth even when it was hard to hear.
The skills transferred more than she expected. Teaching teenagers to perform under pressure, managing nervous parents, staying organized through chaos, showing up fully for other people on the hardest days — all of it shows up now in how she runs a transaction. She's sold more than 100 homes and $65 million in real estate, and has been recognized by DMAR and 5280 for eight consecutive years. But the number she's proudest of is harder to put on a spreadsheet: clients who come back, and who send their friends.
That's the pattern with Liz: steady advice, delivered with patience, kindness, and a sense of humor — but never afraid to ask the hard question or tell a client something they don't want to hear if it's what they need. On The Cornerstone Group, she's found a team built on the same conviction she already lived by: people come before property, and every client deserves someone who treats their transition — not just their transaction — like it matters.
Liz works across the Denver Front Range with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, relocating families, new construction, and sellers at every stage — especially those who want more than a transaction: someone they can actually trust for advice and guidance.
Liz knows what relocation actually costs a family, because she's lived it. In 2013, her husband's job relocated the family to Denver — and Liz found herself starting over in a city where she didn't know a single person, rebuilding the friendships and support system she'd left behind in Texas. One of the biggest surprises was navigating Denver's school system and school choice process from scratch. That firsthand experience is why relocation clients trust her: she's not walking them through a checklist, she's walking them through something she's actually done.
Outside of work, Liz has been married for 25 years to a husband who has spent his own career — 25 years and counting — at Southwest Airlines. Together they're raising two daughters, 20 and 17, alongside two rescue dogs, Bagwell and Oskar. She's involved with the Junior League of Denver, and you'll usually find her with a book, on a trail, or at the gym when she's not with a client.

Liz is an amazing realtor. She guided us through everything. She never hesitated to be there for us during this sale, by phone or in person. It was challenging enough with my husband in Denver and I in Tennessee. She was very helpful to keep me grounded. I count us as blessed to include her as our friend. I would highly recommend her.

We worked with her in 2023 on the purchase of our primary residence in Arvada and again in October of this year (2025) on the purchase of a 1031 exchange rental house in the Whittier area of Denver. Liz did a wonderful job for my wife and I helping us find our new home in Golden, CO. It was especially challenging because we were out of the country during the close, but everything went off without a hitch. Thanks so much Liz.
