Real estate has always been a part of my life. As the daughter of an architect and a contractor, I grew up surrounded by the industry, and it shaped my professional path. Today, my expertise covers a range of services, including contingent sale and purchase transactions, first-time buyer purchases, 1031 exchange sales & purchases, investment deals, short sales, relocation, REOs, and navigating the complexities of HOA Bylaws and CC&Rs. My journey hasn’t been without challenges. I faced a life-altering battle with breast cancer, which profoundly changed my outlook. Beating cancer was not only a testament to my resilience, but also reinforced my commitment to living fully and helping others. Throughout this experience, I found strength in my work, and the joy of guiding clients through their real estate goals became even more meaningful.
