When putting a large home on the market, there are many dos and don’ts that can make or break a successful showing.  Many of these important factors would not occur to the average seller, nor the inexperienced real estate agent. Melissa is well versed in the high-end real estate space and has years of experience with buyers in this category, and she was able to help us navigate any questions with ease.  Melissa also looked out for us from the first day. She advised, supported and helped us through every decision, large and small, and the end product was infinitely better for it.

 

Melissa knows her market.  She organized an exceptional and elegant portfolio of marketing material, including several videos, material for realtors and prospective buyers.  The house was extremely well represented by the breadth of materials and methods covered by the marketing blitz.

 

She works extremely hard, consistently arriving at the house in advance, setting the ambience, including lights, flowers, and a multitude of small details that made a significant difference.

 

Even after all these fine accolades, Melissa’s real superpower is her consistent and friendly communication.  Not once did we have to reach out to her to ask about timing, schedule, or the results of a showing.  She updated us on a regular basis via text and email and scheduled a call when it was necessary.  She was kind and efficient, funny and straightforward, and extremely kind.
