Nicholas Compagnone

With over 11 years of experience in New York City real estate, Nicholas Compagnone brings a relationship-driven, highly personalized approach to one of the world's most competitive property markets. Known for his attention to detail, market knowledge, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Nicholas has built his career on a simple principle: exceptional real estate representation begins with understanding the individual.

From helping first-time buyers find their footing in New York City to representing a $52.5 million penthouse transaction at the iconic 432 Park Avenue, Nicholas approaches every opportunity with the same level of dedication, discretion, and care. His experience spans luxury residential sales, new development, and investment properties, supported by longstanding relationships with developers, property owners, and industry professionals throughout the city.

Throughout his career, Nicholas has been involved in 20 new development projects to date, including Mandarin Oriental Residences, The Perrie, 70 Vestry, Steiner East Village, 363 Bond Street, The Boardwalk, One Sixteen, Brooklyn Tower, and 440 Washington Street, among others. His understanding of the city's neighborhoods, evolving market dynamics, and development landscape allows him to offer clients thoughtful guidance at every stage of a transaction.

A Rockaway Beach native, Nicholas studied Philosophy and Psychology at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where he played rugby and hosted one of the university's most successful talk radio programs.

Beyond real estate, Nicholas has maintained a deep commitment to philanthropy and his community. He founded the Rockaway Soirée, an annual charitable event benefiting God's Love We Deliver, an organization providing medically tailored meals to New Yorkers living with serious illness. He has also served on the organization's Young Professionals Board.

Nicholas currently serves as a head coach with Special Olympics New York, where he works closely with athletes to develop their skills, build confidence, and foster a sense of teamwork and belonging. Coaching has become one of the most rewarding parts of his life, reflecting his longstanding belief in the importance of community, mentorship, and creating opportunities for others.

He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Rockaway Artists Alliance, supporting the arts and cultural vitality of his hometown.

Nicholas currently resides in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, weightlifting, spending time at the beach, and exploring the outdoors with his dogs, Hercules and Mindy.
