Now based in Midtown, Nicolas lives with his wife, his son and their beloved Shi Tzu, Bella. He also owns a pied-à-terre in South Beach and an investment property in Hoboken, where he personally oversees maintenance, upgrades, and tenant satisfaction—demonstrating his long-term commitment to real estate beyond just transactions.
