Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Parker Watkins developed an early fascination with luxury real estate and architecture. As a kid, he often explored neighborhoods known for their distinctive homes and attended open houses with his mother, sparking an interest in the craftsmanship, design, and stories behind exceptional properties.
Before transitioning into real estate, Parker built his career in the luxury automotive world. Working in sales with brands such as Bentley, Ferrari, and Lamborghini, he developed strong relationships with collectors and enthusiasts while helping clients source and purchase remarkable vehicles. Parker also organized Cars & Coffee events that brought together automotive collectors and enthusiasts, allowing him to build a strong network and quickly develop lasting relationships with clients. In addition to sales, he prepared detailed concours dossiers for collector vehicles, sharpening his eye for history, detail, and quality.
In 2023, Parker brought his passion for luxury markets to Boston, where he now focuses on helping clients navigate one of the country’s most competitive real estate landscapes. He joined the Prop Cousins team in Spring 2025 and works across Boston proper and the MetroWest area.
