The Tricia Lee Team tapped into Studios’ creative photo department to bring her team photoshoot vision to life at the newly opened SUMMIT One Vanderbilt observatory. Despite a busy night with hundreds of visitors, we captured the team strategically to mimic a private observatory experience.

We partnered with The Empire State Building to refresh team photos for SERHANT. New Development. While many development teams typically settle for a portfolio building or studio setting as their backdrop, SERHANT. New Development showcased their ability to reach the unattainable by shooting at the most iconic building in NYC. Studios was able to secure access the exterior scaffolding on the 87th floor of the Empire State Building to capture these images.

SERHANT. super team Bogard NY led by Brandon & Mallory Bogard, wanted to connect with their audience authentically to power up their media reach. The creative direction for the photoshoot consisted of a street-style, charmful approach in the streets of Lower Manhattan and several luxury listings of theirs.

Our Love Yourself campaign for Pride Month focused on sharing the voices and stories of SERHANT. agents who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community. Studios worked with agents to create fun, expressive images that represented everyone’s identities and positive energy.

We focus on creating and capturing viral moments that stray away from traditional approaches. With online education demand at an all-time high, we needed a unique, attention-grabbing concept to help launch Ryan Serhant’s next education course.
