Built in 2007, it holds 215 residences and runs full-service: 24-hour doorman and concierge, live-in resident manager, a double-height fitness center, a 3,200-square-foot landscaped terrace, bike storage, and package handling. Pet-friendly.
The location. Midtown West, where it meets Hell's Kitchen. Central Park, Columbus Circle, and Lincoln Center are all within easy walking distance, along with the Theater District and the best of Midtown's dining and nightlife. Nine subway lines within a few blocks (A, C, E, B, D, 1, N, Q, R), so getting anywhere from here is rarely the problem
