To date, he’s handled sales of various asset classes for nearly $600M in gross transactions across multifamily buildings, development sites, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use properties. He's played integral roles in closing several high-profile deals including record land and multifamily sales in NYC. In years preceding SERHANT. Chris was a Director of Investment Sales at Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group.
Chris often makes television and media appearances related to work and lifestyle. Prior to real estate, he worked in oil and metal trading with Glencore, a global leader in commodity production and trade.
Chris holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from UCONN.
