Donna's prior experience as an attorney in various positions as Director of Business Affairs for a major record company, in-house counsel for a prominent advertising agency, litigator for Fortune 500 companies, and as a former business owner, gave Donna extensive expertise in business deal-making, and legal counsel. She is a competent deal closer who practices with the highest standards plus her negotiating skills allow her to find the most practical, successful path for getting deals done expeditiously.

A native and lifelong New Yorker, Donna has a wealth of knowledge of NYC apartment buildings and NYC neighborhoods. She was raised on the Upper West Side and has lived in Greenwich Village most of her adult life. She graduated from Hunter High School in Manhattan, Vassar College, and Fordham School of Law in Lincoln Center where she was an Editor of the Law Review.
