Elizabeth Baroody brings a unique blend of experience, professionalism, and heart to every real estate transaction. After nearly three decades in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and marketing, she transitioned into real estate to combine her entrepreneurial drive with her passion for helping people achieve their goals.

As a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Elizabeth is honored to assist military members and their families with their real estate needs. She has guided clients through relocations and remote home purchases, including sight-unseen transactions, ensuring each move is handled with care, attention, and confidence. Her goal is to make every transition—near or far—as seamless and positive as possible.

Drawing on her background with respected organizations like the Cleveland Clinic, Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters, and the Virginia Symphony Orchestra, Elizabeth knows the power of strong relationships and thoughtful communication. Those same qualities define the way she serves her real estate clients today.

An active member of the community, Elizabeth has served on several boards, including The Foundation for Community Betterment, The Benjamin Goldberg Foundation, and the Council at Trinity Lutheran Church in Norfolk. When she’s not helping clients, she enjoys traveling, playing beach volleyball, and spending time in her Lynnhaven Colony neighborhood with her husband, Ted, CEO of Norfolk Festevents, Inc.
