Born in New York and raised between NYC and Athens, Greece, Emilia holds three law degrees and began her professional life practicing maritime law. She went on to serve as Manager of Legal and Cargo Claims at MSC, USA, before transitioning into the land title insurance industry, where she held roles at firms including Commonwealth Land Title Insurance and Kensington Vanguard National Land Services.
Now part of the brokerage SERHANT., Emilia combines her legal training and title expertise with a lifelong connection to real estate. She brings sharp attention to detail and a deep understanding of contracts, due diligence, and title work, all key advantages for clients navigating New York’s competitive market.
