Since becoming a real estate agent in 2022, Monica has supported clients in selling and purchasing homes in towns throughout the state of Rhode Island and coastal CT with $40+ Million in sales on 30+ transactions with an average price point of $1.2M. In the spring of 2025 she joined the Sheil Readyhough Team where she is currently a Top Producing agent. They are the #1 Team in Washington County and a Top 10 Team in the state of Rhode Island. Being a part of the Sheil Readyhough Team allows her to leverage the talents of her team members’ expertise in effectively selling homes. In March 2025, Monica was featured in SORI and HeyRhody Magazines in the 'Leading Ladies of 2025' feature for her immediate rise in the Real Estate industry. She has also been selected as a 5-Star Professional in 2024 & 2025.
Monica was raised in Warwick, Rhode Island and has been a Narragansett resident for almost 25 years. Her love of real estate started at Trinity College where she majored in art history and focused on architecture. Monica enjoys connecting with people and listening to their interests and loves supporting her clients in pursuit of finding and selling their real estate property given their needs and wants.
Monica leverages her professional human resources & operations experience, and her strategic thinking, business acumen, discretion, creativity, analytical approach, and expansive network, in serving her real estate clients from Rhode Island and out-of-state, so they can make the most informed decisions. Prior to becoming a real estate professional Monica spent her career in Boston and New York City in advertising consulting, and in strategic human resources and vendor management & negotiations at CVS Health and Bank of America. Monica earned her MBA from Babson College and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, which allows her to empathetically and strategically understand the needs of her clients and professionally guide them in their real estate decisions.
She has volunteered in the community with the following organizations: Rocky Hill Country Day School Board of Trustees & Alumni Board, RISD Museum Associates, South County Hospital Gala Committee, South County Youth Lacrosse Board, Busy Buddies Board and One Summit Board (MA). Monica also coaches youth and high school girls’ lacrosse and Varsity field hockey at the Lincoln School in Providence where she was named RIIL Coach of the Year 2022-23 and they won a DII State Championship in 2025. Monica and her husband, Geoff, have three daughters and a Havanese dog named Rover.
