Peyton began her real estate journey at a boutique Uptown Manhattan firm and quickly found that her enthusiasm, stellar communication skills, and relentless nature were perfectly tailored for her to thrive under the pressure of New York's bustling real estate market. She scaled her business quickly, closing nearly 100 transactions in her first year, and later joined forces with the Jennifer Lee Team at SERHANT, which has over $375M sold and counting.
Originally from Detroit, MI, she has called New York City home for nearly 10 years. During that time she earned a degree from New York University in Vocal Performance with a focus in Business and has performed professionally as an actor both on stage and on screen. Before starting her career as an agent, she also spent nearly six years honing her hospitality skills in some of the best craft cocktail bars in the world.
Today, when she's not hustling for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her dog & partner in their South Harlem neighborhood, traveling the world, and giving cocktail history lessons to anyone who will listen.
