Ongoing lawsuits filed by 432 Park’s condo board allege chronic structural issues, ranging from cracks in the concrete facade to noisy trash chutes. The building’s sponsor has denied the allegations. California-based developer CIM Group has reportedly found a willing buyer among the Billionaires’ Row building’s current owners. The transaction consists of two separate 78th-floor units spanning roughly 8,300 square feet.
