With over a decade of experience across residential sales, development, construction management, and real estate finance, she brings a 360-degree perspective to every deal. Born in Guyana and raised in Bushwick, Sara’s Brooklyn story is personal. Her immigrant roots and deep connection to the city’s diversity shape everything she does. Her ability to truly listen, understand, and adapt makes her an invaluable partner to first-time buyers, luxury sellers, and developers alike. She doesn’t just transact—she builds trust, community, and long-lasting relationships.

Sara’s journey began behind the scenes, assisting a real estate investor in Queens and Brooklyn where she learned the nuts and bolts of construction, management, and negotiation. She later spent five years in mortgage lending, giving her clients a rare edge when navigating financing. Eventually, she became an owner and partner in a real estate development office, gaining experience on both sides of the table, as an agent and an investor.

Throughout her career, Sara has held key leadership roles. She helped launch Ryan Serhant’s very first Brooklyn office and previously served as Managing Director at a Bed Stuy-based brokerage. She thrives in fast-changing markets, offering calm, informed guidance and sharp marketing instincts that consistently deliver results.

But real estate is only part of the picture. Sara is deeply rooted in her community. She sits on the Committee Board of the Bedford-Stuyvesant Von King Park Conservancy and actively supports several local nonprofits and charitable causes. Her work has been recognized with honors such as the Brownstoner RADD Award, StreetEasy’s Essys Community Champion Award, the Women of Influence Award by Guyanese Girls Rock, and citations from the City of New York.

A proud mom of two teens, Sara holds a sociology degree from Queens College (CUNY). She’s also an avid traveler, a passionate home cook, and a committed supporter of Brooklyn’s food scene. She’s an investor in the Michelin-rated Olmsted in Prospect Heights and a founding backer of KOALA, a travel start-up shaking up the timeshare space.
