Jithu is a real estate broker with SERHANT, knows Ryan Serhant well, and has extensive experience with investment properties, fix-and-flip homes, luxury real estate, and helping first-time homebuyers. He leads the CheckMate Team, a group of 6 full-time members, and works with homeowners and investors across Connecticut. As an investor himself, Jithu helps clients find properties, make strategic improvements, and prepare them for resale. He has helped many investors build rental portfolios that have allowed them to leave their full-time jobs and live off rental income. He has also sold more than 20 properties that had not sold with another agent and helped more than 25 properties achieve record-breaking sale prices.
Before real estate, Jithu was a professional chess player and founded DIG Chess, where he taught chess to more than 5,000 kids.
